13. Arbitration Agreement and Forum Selection

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Indiana. You waive any right to bring a lawsuit outside Indiana.

14. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Indiana.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause.

16. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement.

  • Severability: If part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Made by Monroe Designs regarding use of the Services.
